Trust Number Day 2022
On Friday 4th February 2022, all primary schools in Vision Academy Learning Trust took part in NSPCC’s National Number Day!
We decided to focus on the theme of ‘Maths is Everywhere’. Children across the trust dressed as someone who uses maths/numbers in their everyday job/position! In each school, we held a photograph competition to find the best picture of Maths in the local environment. During Number Day, children enjoyed participating in a range of activities recognising that Maths is everywhere, including a ‘Maths Hunt’ around their school.
Each school also watched a video which was put together to show the importance of Maths and numbers in a range of different jobs and roles – take a look below! There are a range of photographs from our day too. In Vision Academy, we fully understand that MATHS IS EVERYWHERE!
